It consists of the main house, an additonal apartment and a trullo annex so giving all members of the family or group their own space. There is also a delightful sun roof with panoramic views across the hills - perfect for sitting sipping your aperitivo watching the sunset.
The salt water heated pool has a solar shower and there is a large stone paved patio with covered dining area looking out over the hills. The walled landscaped gardens contain many palms, olive trees and other natural vegetation offering plenty of shade in the hot summer months.
There is a large garage with parking space for several cars and there are electric gates on both entrances.
An artesian well supplies the water and a water softening unit has been installed.
